Rubus idaeus L., Rosaceae

Wild raspberry leaves infused in hot water make a caffeine-free breakfast or afternoon tisane. The flavor is robust and full-bodied. Wild raspberry leaves blend well with dehydrated crabapples and wild rosehips for a wonderful tisane full of sunshine.

Wild raspberry leaves are rich in vitamins A, B complex, C, and E. The leaves contain tannins and minerals. Infusions of wild raspberry leaves support healthy menstruation, strengthen the uterus, and improve contractions during delivery. Wild raspberry leaf tisane alleviates diarrhea and intestinal inflammation. Used as a mouth wash, wild raspberry leaf infusions reduce inflammations of the mouth and throat.

We hand-pick our wild-harvested raspberry leaves from June through July in northern Saskatchewan.
