We tap our treasured maple trees deep in our Northern Provincial Forest. Our maple syrup is 100% wild-harvested, made from the sap of Manitoba Maple. It is not the same as Sugar Maple syrup. The syrup made from Manitoba Maple offers a gently sweet, fresh, fruity, and floral taste with hints of peach, vanilla, and caramel. It can be used as an ingredient in baking and with pancakes, French toast, waffles, oatmeal, ice-cream, fresh fruit, yogurt, porridge, and more.
Our own genuinely hand-made maple syrup is 100% pure without any additives. It is rich in sucrose, Vitamin B2, manganese, zinc, magnesium, calcium, and potassium. It is believed that maple syrup is beneficial in increasing energy levels, preventing diabetes, and promoting proper thyroid function. Some studies have shown that maple syrup may be a delicious and completely natural anti-aging solution. Just one teaspoon per day keeps the wrinkles away!
We make our own maple syrup in March and April.
