Packed with antioxidants, Saskatchewan's wild blueberries are sweet and irresistibly flavorful. They are best eaten fresh with breakfast cereals or prepared as smoothies. Fresh or frozen wild blueberries make very tasty pies, muffins, pancakes, and so much more.

Wild blueberries are rich in antioxidants (i.e., 9,500 on the ORAC scale) and an excellent source of fibre, Vitamins A, B, C, and E, iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and manganese. Indulging in wild blueberries is the best you can do for your brain health, vision, immune system, cardiovascular health, and overall well-being.

We hand-pick our wild-harvested blueberries from late July through September in northern Saskatchewan.
